As we approach Thanksgiving I have been reflecting on the many things I am thankful for in my life. I would ask you to think about 5 things that you are thankful for and write it down. Any time you may get into a funk just pull out your list and reflect on it. Or better yet, add to it! You can even make it a fun sharing game during Thanksgiving whereby everyone writes down the 5 Things they are Thankful for. Then have everyone take turns sharing their five things.
